Barley Creek Stables
Barley Creek stables was build in 1956. From the beginning it was a stable for "Icelandic horses". A lot of people didn't beleived that the stable would survive, because they didn't had a lot of money, like the breeders with thoroughbreds horses. But the stabke was strong, and in 1988 - Barley Creek Stables were one of the most popular icelandic stables. But time went by, and the owners of the stable died...
The horses were about the be sold, and the stable were about to be putted down. But then suddenly they found out that the stable owners had a grand child - wich was growing up and ready to take the change as a breeder. Rose and her family saved the place!
Today Barley Creek stables is a stable full of icelandic horses. We both do breeding, showing, trail rides and much more.
When it's summer we sometimes let summer camps with children ride our older horses, and they love it!
